Information in this document applies to any platform.
Reports can only view from Report Manager.
Expected to see the report in the Process Monitor.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Mass Enrollments > Review Mass Enrollment Request
- Search All My Requests from 01/01/1900 to current date
- Click on All or Error button - Report is not displayed
- Click on Process Monitor
- Click on Details after success run status is presented
- Report is not presented in the File List
- Go to Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Report Manager
- Check the report is generated.
Due to this issue, users cannot see the report file when clicking on All or Error button and it is not available in the Process Monitor. However it is available in the Report Manager.
