Application & Version:PT 8.53.10/CRM 9

After created a new Async-to-Sync type Service Operation (HT_SEND_SMS_ASYNC_SO) that using two queue (e.g. HT_SEND_SMS_ASYNC_QUEUE and HT_RECV_SMS_ASYNC_QUEUE) for request and response message processing, if one subscription contract goes to Error status, all the other messages in the queue stay in New status.
