Benefits Tile Not Using The Employee Personalization Date Format When Accessing Via Mobile Phone (Doc ID 2014230.1)

Symptoms

When accessing from a mobile phone (small form), the Fluid Benefits Tile displays the date format differently  [‘MM/DD/YY’]  from the chosen Employee Personalization and also differently from other Tiles.

However from a desktop or laptop the date is displayed using the Employee Personalization format.
