Enhancement Request to Send Objectives That Are Met in ELM to HRMS via LM_LEARNER_MET_OBJV_SYNC, Even if the Objectives Did Not Originate in HRMS (Doc ID 2015263.1)

PeopleSoft Enterprise ELM Enterprise Learning Management - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Issue 1: Objectives met in ELM are not sent to HRMS Profile Management. When a learner completes a course in ELM, he is assigned the objectives (with status ‘met’) that are linked with this course. Via the message LM_LEARNER_MET_OBJV_SYNC, external objectives can be copied into the learner’s person profile in HCM Profile Management. Although the integration between HCM and ELM seems to be set up correctly, the met objective doesn’t appear in the person’s profile.

Issue 2: Why does the HRMS system require the training objective to be established in HR in order for the objective that was completed in ELM to be pushed back to the person profile in HRMS? We would like for the system to be enhanced so that all training completed in ELM is recorded in HRMS.
