ELM9.2: Class Roster Enrolled Count Should Show Enrolled and In-Progress Learners
(Doc ID 2017422.1)
Last updated on APRIL 05, 2024
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise ELM Enterprise Learning Management - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
'Enrolled' number in classes should show 'enrolled' and 'in-progress' counts.
When administering class rosters, the number listed under the Enroll column can be misleading in that it will only show people with an actual status of 'Enrolled.' If anyone has a status of 'In-Progress,' they will not be included in that number.
Expected to see counts for 'Enrolled' in classes and 'In-Progress' counts.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Administer Class Rosters
Due to this issue, it can be very confusing for instructors and possibly lead to inappropriately canceled classes due to perceived low enrollment.
Changes
Only the count for Enrolled and In Progress classes will be updated in order to not include other statuses.
The Class Roster search result page shows all available enrollment status by default and what enrollment status to show can be further refined by Search options link on the same page.
