Symptoms

When submitting a Life Event we encounter the following:

ERROR
-----------------------

Invalid row number -1 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263) W3EB_ENR_2X_ELECT.Activate PCPC:427

This error has been encountered twice. 

a.  Release 9.2: <Bug 19605432>  The first error was fixed in PUM Image 14 in Oct/15.

b.  Release 9.2:  <Bug 27411184>  The second error is targeted for fixing in PUM Image 27 in July/18.

STEPS for item a.
-----------------------
1. Log in
2. Life Event link
3. Choose life event
4. Dependent and Beneficiary train stop
5. Add Dependent (don’t enter data)
6. Return to Dependent/Beneficiary Summary (Using this link is key to causing error)
7. Benefit Enrollment train stop
8. Select open benefit event
9. Pick a 2x plan (Vol Life, Sup life, basic, etc.)

 

STEPS for item b.
-----------------------

1. Click on Employee Self Service > Benefits Detail tile
2. Click on Benefits Enrollment item in left margin menu
3. Click Select to get into event
4. Click Edit on Medical
5. Click Add/Review Dependents
6. Click Add a Dependent or beneficiary
7. Clicked on Save
8. Clicked on OK
9. Click on Benefit Enrollment in the Left navigation
10. Click Select to get into event again
11. Click Edit on any of the 2x life plans and error pops up.
