GP-Core: Bank Account not Deleted in ESS (Doc ID 2018245.1)

Symptoms

User can add an account in ESS, but can not delete it. Staff can create duplicate accounts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Personal Information > Biographical > Maintain Bank Accounts
  2. Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > Personal Bank Information
  3. When deleting the bank account from the Employee Self Service, it is not removing it from the Maintain Bank Accounts in Personal Information.
