The issue is NOT that changing the actual primary email address, as making a change to any email address will get updated correctly.
The real issue IS with changing the primary email address flag from one email address to another email address does not get updated. This is working as designed and the document 1210873.1 - E-SEC: What is the USER_PROFILE_XFR
Message in PT 8.5x? needs to be updated to reflect this. With that said. Why is this working as designed? Why is the primary Email flag not able to be swapped between one primary email and another? We have customers asking why and wanting it to change.
