Goal

PeopleTools: 8.54
Oracle 12c 

When a temp table is set as GTT, or try to convert a normal temp table into GTT table, the length of the table name reduces from 13 to 10, can you please explain why there's such a difference?

GTT tables are unique to each sessions, which each user session see their own data only, so should the name be increased in this case to 15?
