Symptoms

When attempting to launch nVision client, the following error occurs.

File:SQL Access ManagerSQL error. Stmt #:2 Error Position: 0 Return: 12154: ORA 12154 TNS: could not the resolve the connect identifier specified"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch nVision in 2-tier client
2. Above error message happens
