TRN001-J Application Engine Process does not Generate the E-mails to the Enrolled Students (Doc ID 2019962.1)

Symptoms

Generating Training Letters does not send e-mail to user. The word document containing the letter content is attach to the Posted Job but there is no e-mail notification

1. Create a new Course (SetUP HRMS, Product Related,Enterprise Learning,Course)
2. Create a new Course Session for the new course (SetUP HRMS, Product Related,Enterprise Learning,Course Session) ensuring that there is information entered for the Location (Location,Instructor Page)
3. Enroll a student into the course (Administer Training, Student Enrollment,Enroll Individually) enter a Value into the Letter Code Field on the page. (Note the Student needs to have an e-mail address in the Personal Information, Contact Information Page)
4. Run the TRN001_J process (Administer Training, Student Enrollment,Create Training Letters)
5. Check for the email output - No e-mail is sent/or received
