In CRM 9.2 Demo environment add "Self Service Higher Education" Pagelet at Home.

It has link "Search Solutions"
Click on "Search Solutions" it will give the error

Error Message:
The defaults for your Call Center could not be found. (17831,5219)
Contact your System Administrator to setup the Business Unit that matches your Call Center.
