Symptoms
When clicking on "Create Benefits Summary", the following error is received:
ERROR

"Incorrect argument EXTPRC.NAME:GPUSBENDED. A user defined parameter is not properly defined The generation of SQL can't be executed."
Error MsgGetText(17000, 4305, "", "EXTPRC.NAME:" | &rpt_id); Incorrect argument EXTPRC.NAME:GPUSBENDED
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu -> Benefits -> Review Employee Benefits -> Benefits Summary USA
2. Search for an employee
3. Insert an period for which the report will be generated
4. Notice the above mentioned error
