Smart HR Transaction - Name section Name_01_CHN error

When the Smart Hire transaction is done with the section Name_01_CHN in the template, the below error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu >> Workforce Administration >> Smart HR Template >> Smart transactions.
2. Select a template and fill in the information for the employee
3. When entering the name of employee with name type = 'PRI' and COUNTRY_NM_FORMAT = 'CHN', and save the template.
4. The Peoplecode error is encountered.
