On : 9 version, Time Administration
Time Administration is not creating payable time for new hires enrolled in the current period. Payable time is being created for all other employees without issue in the same workgroup.
Payable time should be created based on reported time status, time reporter status when time admin runs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. hire new employees and enroll into time and labor
2. report time goes to submitted status without error
3. run time admin either individually or by group but no payable time created
Due to this issue, users cannot get all the employees paid they expect to pay this payroll.
