Symptoms
The name of the dependent does not display in a drop down list for dependents of a spouse non-employee COBRA participant's (a “C” EMPLID's) health enrollment record. On the Name sub-page on the Edit Name page of the Modify Dependent/Beneficiaries page, it is clear that the Display Name and Formal Name are blank for dependents.
STEPS

1. Access the drop down list for dependents (Navigation: Benefits > Administer COBRA Benefits > Maintain COBRA Non-Employees > Modify Dependent/Beneficiaries).
