Deposit Fee Charge Does Not Post to Student Account (Doc ID 2024387.1)

Symptoms

The Batch Deposit Fee process or the online deposit fee calculation process is not posting the deposit charge to the student account. The application status is not changed after running the process.

The deposit fee charge is visible in the 'Calculate Deposits' subpage, but is not posted to the student account.
