Missing Linked Supplier Properties Page

Symptoms
After linked Supplier is set up if go back to that page to update properties, the properties page is missing. The only way to get it back is to change the direct connect method, which wipes out all previously setup properties.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. eprocurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Supplier Integrations > Linked Suppliers
2. Fill out all the properties
3. Click save
4. Go out of the component
5. Go back in and search for the Supplier you just set up, you will no longer see the Linked Supplier Properties page.
