Rule is not Executing from the Audit Push Button on the Scheduler Builder in Student Self Service (Doc ID 2025363.1)

On : 9 version, Student Records Program Enrollment/Rules Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A rule has been attached to an Academic Item in a student's Academic Progress Tracker.  The rule is attached to the Semester and should trigger and execute a rule to check for a precondition when the student's Education Plan or Schedule is Validated or Audited.  The rule executes as expected when the Audit/Validate push button is activated in My Education Plan, but it is not triggering from the Audit button on the Schedule Builder.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the rule to trigger when the Audit button is clicked on Schedule Builder.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Self Service > Program Enrollment > My Education Plan and click on the Audit/Validate button.
  2. Rule is triggered.
  3. Click on Build Schedule and add classes to the schedule. Click on Audit button.
  4. Rule is not triggered.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot trigger a rule as expected which is impacting testing and deployment of the feature.
