In ePerformance 9.2, when rating models are different for same document type, the Performance History pivot grid displays incorrect ratings.
1.- Use PERFORM document type for testing purpose. The documents associated to this document types have rating model PSCM. Create a new document using PERFORM as document type but a different rating model. In my example, I will use rating model KU001.
2.- Fill the document with overall rating "Exceed Expectations".
3.- Go to the Talent Summary page for the employee.
4.- The Performance History pivot grid is displaying the last document filled with correct rating. But the others, associated to the rating model PSCM, are displaying incorrectly. For example: the overall rating for the document is showing "3.- Good" but the Y axis for the pivot grid is showing "Meets Expectations".
