This will help focus resources and reduce delinquency.The existing Conditions and Assessment Rules channel collection effort related activities to Users assigned at the Customer level (Credit Analyst,Collector, Credit Analyst, and Sales Person). Applying WorkFlow enhances flexibility because a specialized group could champion customer service by engaging at critical junctures at the request of the Users assigned at the Customer level.
