EAM: FLUID - Some transactions are not displayed in Fluid Pending Approval

When access to Pending Approval on Fluid UI, there is a message which is displayed at the top of the page stating: "Some transactions are not displayed."
What is the criteria that is making the system display this message?
Note: this seems to occur when there are more than 50 transactions.
