Goal

A new effective-dated row was added to Event Category for Life EVents and a delivered Life Event was removed from it. Therefore, the delivered Activity Guide Template was no longer being used for a Life Event Category. Why can the Active check box on the Activity Guide Template still not be unchecked? When doing so, the following error occurs:

Adoption Event cannot be changed or deleted. Template is used as an Event Category (3001,1070).
