ETL9.1 On the Timesheet In Punch Disappears of Beginning of a Week (Doc ID 2029000.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying POC PRJ20826297_-_Revised , In Punch disappears

After applying POC PRJ20826297_-_Revised , In Punch disappears ,even though time is inserted correctly on TL_RPTD_TIME, In punch does not show up unless view by date manually changed & refreshed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Timesheet should show In Punch correctly when view by same date is entered by default.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Enter Timesheet Monday 10 PM IN punch
2) Out punch 3 AM
3) Submit
4) Enter View by Monday, it does not show Monday's In punch
5) Click on next week/Previous week it does not show Monday's time

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users are thinking that in punch is missing & they enter in punch again which is causing time admin process abend. This is impacting all the Employees enters cross over punches on Monday. There are 30000+ employees may be impacted.
