ISSUE STATEMENT

Getting "You are not authorized" error message when trying to personalize WorkCenter when accessing the WorkCenter from the Portal environment via Unified Navigation
ERROR
---------------
"You are not authorized to access this component (40,20)"
WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
When accessing the same WorkCenter from the Content Provider Database, this is working just fine.

PT 8.54 Portal and Content Provider Database
STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up single signon between portal and content provider.
2. Access the content provider's workcenter.
3. Click "Personalization" from the workcenter pagelet.
