Symptoms

MS SQL Server, (MSS) customers are unable to use Time and Labor ACA materialized views due to inability to create indexes on the views in MSS in current and prior tools releases.  This document is to help explain what is causing the time out when MSS customers attempt to run ACA_WEEK or ACA_MONTH queries.
