Symptoms
Elapsed Time Service calculates incorrectly using a Period Counting Duration for full months only. For instance for a period from 11/4/2013 to 11/1/2014, the system calculates a full year instead of 11 months. For a period from 8/16/2014 to 11/1/2014, the system calculates the period as 3 months instead of 2.
STEPS
---------------------------
1. Define a Pension calculation (Navigation: Pension > Calculations > Define Calculation).
2. Run the Pension calculation (Navigation: Pension > Calculations > Request Calculation).
