Structured Email is Stuck In 'Processing' Status on Email Workspace Page, While Unstructured Email is Processed First

STRUCTURED Email is not getting processed, while UNSTRUCTURED email is processed. This is seen on Email Workspace page (Correspondence > Search Inbound Email). When unstructured email is processed, the structured email remains in "Processing" status. Structured email will not be processed until all unstructured email are processed first.
RB_MAILROUTE is giving preference to UNSTRUCTURED email.
