Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Billing

When attempting to CA_BI_INTFC Process the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure you have large amount of bill plan events to process > 999
2. Process Customer Contract > Schedule and Process Billing > Process Other Billing Methods (CA_BI_INTFC process)
3. Notice that the process fails with the above abend.
