ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After the upgrade to PeopleTools 8.54.11 all the Run control Using PRCSRUNCNTL_SBP has the field Run Control ID to be move to the right and not align like in older releases.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be aligned properly on left side of the page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. Open any Run Control Page which uses PRCSRUNCNTL_SBP page.
3. Observe the "Run Control ID" field is aligned to the right side of the page.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are uncomfortable using the Run Control Page.
