Terminate a Relation for a Person produces Error Class Row method GetRowset scroll RB_CREDIT_CARD is invalid (Doc ID 2031716.1)

Unable to terminate a relation for a person (either contact or site) due to the following error:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to PeopleSoft CRM
2. Navigate to: Main Menu > Customer CRM > Search Person >
3. In the field Person ID, enter one for a person who have both:
a. relations (either contacts or Sites) AND
b. a record in the table PS_RB_CREDIT_CARD. (see SQL below for finding a person id):

4. Click the Search button
5. Click on the Relationships Tab and select one contact for editing (pencil button)
6. A modal window appear
7. Choose and set an end date
8. Click on the button Save
9. The error is shown

Expected Behaviour:
Using the Relationship Tab in a person page, would like to terminate a relation for a person successfully without this blocking error message.
