 Inconsistent results with SES search based on where search is executed

1) Searching in Advanced Search is showing different results than in upper level search from Requisition page
2) The Purchasing Item Attributes Item Description field and not the Description field is used by the search and brings back the Description

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search in upper level search on Requisition page with SES active and collection built
2. Search in Advanced Search and get a different result
