E-FLUID: Accessing Approval Tile, Or Push Notification On HCM GSS Transactions Result In Error; 'Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message.' (Doc ID 2031943.1)

Symptoms

On : PT 8.54.11 version, HCM 9.2 Pum 10 Push Notification & Fluid Approvals & Worklists

When attempting to access Approval pages from Fluid Home, using Fluid Approvals, Push Notification or Worklist links, the following error occurs;


Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Chrome, Firefox, or IE11 Browser.
2. Submit Ad hoc Salary Change or other GSS AWE approval.
3. Attempt to Access the Approval Page, either via Push Notification Flag, Fluid Approval Tile, or from the Worklist page.
4. Note that the only thing showing on the page is the message;

Unable to find a Routing corresponding to the incoming request message.
