Additional Job Training Cannot be Added to an Application in the Status "Not Applied" (Doc ID 2031989.1)

Symptoms

In Candidate Gateway 9.1, unable to add a new Job Training on an application after it has been saved ("Not Applied" status) and application date is not today.

Steps:

1.- Find an application in "Not Applied" and with application date not today.
2.- Go to the Education and Work Experience page and add new Job Training.
3.- Fill the required fields and click on Save & Return button.
4.- The new Job Training was not added.
