E-PIA : 8.54 Page Remains Display Only And It Is Not Refreshed When Navigating using "Previous In List" and "Next In List"

Page remains display only after 8.54 tools upgrade. After the 8.54.xx tools upgrade Fin 9.x, when changing a receipt and saving the page changes to display only. if you select another receipt (next in list, previous in list, or return to search) the page remains display only. You have to leave the component and go back to make the page non-display only.
Another case, Cancel one payment successfully, then return to search page, try to cancel another payment in the same results list. We find the cancel options are blocked.
Issue Replication Steps
1.Search payments in Cancel Payment page
2.Select 1st payment to cancel
3.Return to Search page, the payments display as the same.
4.Select another payment to cancel
Another test case
1)create PO then receive putting receipt on hold (do not complete receipt)
2)Purchasing > Receipts > Add/Update Receipts Open the 'On Hold' Receipt
3)Select Header Details, take off hold
4)Save Receipt, Click OK to the message seen when receiving occurs
5)and notice that the page is now display only
6)Click Next in List nd see that the page is read only
7)Click previous in list and see that the page is read only
8)Finally test with "return to search"
9)Select any receipt and open it and it will be in read only format
10)Leave the component, Return and open the same receipt?or any receipt and it will no longer be in read only format.
Other test case: in PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Grants 9.2
1. Navigate to Grants > Proposals > Copy Proposal
2. Select a proposal to copy then click the Copy button to create a new proposal.
3. Click the Return to Search button at the bottom of the page.
4. Select another proposal to copy. The resulting page has the Copy button disabled.
