ERS9.1/9.2: Resume Attachments with File Extensions in Capital Letters as DOC and PDF Can’t be Retrieved If Loaded on Solaris FTP (Doc ID 2033802.1)

Symptoms

If a resume is attached with File Extensions in Capital Letters as DOC and PDF on Solaris FTP  then later user can't open the file or delete it. There is no issues if file extension is in small letter as well as no issues if FTP is windows.


Steps :
---------
1. Navigate : Resource Management> Maintain Resource Profiles> My Profile work experience tab > resume attachment section.
2. Upload a resume with the extension in capital letter as : .DOC or .PDF OR .DOCX and click on save.
3. Try to open/delete the file after is was loaded.


Actual Result:
----------------
-If trying to open the file there will be the below error messag:

      File Not Found (137,29)
      The file is not found or file is empty so the operation could not be completed.

-If trying to delete the corrupted file , then system will keep processing while in fact system is not responding.


Expected Result:
-------------------
Resume attachment should be open/deleted without any issue.
