Symptoms
Application Engine LM_NOTIFY process not posting although the process goes to success.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Enroll learner's to classes with a very Long name
- Run Application Engine LM_NOTIFY process from navigation: Enterprise Learning > Notifications > Enrollment Notifications.
