EeS: Incorrect CANCEL Button on Warning Message When Self Service Invoice is Created from PO

Symptoms

When Supplier creates a Self Service Invoice by using Copy PO button without entering the tax amount, below warning message is displayed.

"You have indicated that at least one invoice line has tax but have not provided a tax amount.
If you have indicated that at least one invoice line has tax applicable to it, you should provide a Sales Tax amount for the overall invoice. Click Cancel to go back to the invoice and enter sales tax."

Steps
------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Purchase Order with Sales tax.
2. Create a Self Service Invoice by using Copy PO button.
3. Enter PO and copy the PO lines on the Invoice.
4. Click on Submit button without entering sales tax amount which issues above warning message asking to Cancel.

Expected Behavior
----------------------
Warning message should say "Click OK button to go back to the invoice and enter sales tax” as the message box displays Ok button.
