E-SEC: Issue with Process Scheduler recurrence when deleting OPRID (Doc ID 2034649.1)

After deleting an OPRID who previously had scheduled recurrences in a process, it was noticed that the processes were still executing and causing errors. The logfile showed the following error:
Unable to retrieve the access profile for this user ID
