Enabled MapQuest is not working.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Setup HRMS > Install > Product and Country Specific > Organization Directory and un-check 'Enable MapQuest for Locations' checkbox.
2. Now click on Search push button for 'Find Locations' in Organization Directory, all the locations are displayed.
3. Click on any one of the locations, and the user is directed again to MapQuest site.
