Succession 360 – Required Competencies – No Syndicated Competencies (Doc ID 2036018.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access the "required competencies" in the Succession 360° page not all competencies are shown and competencies with history are shown multiple times
When clicking on “View Profile” to view the Position Profile, the position profile also have some competencies that are syndicated, but the syndicated competencies are not shown under the tab “Required competencies”
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Competencies with history are shown multiple times

1. Navigation: Main Menu -> Workforce Development -> Profile Management -> Profiles -> Non-person Profiles: Manually add a new score to the Position Profile ID with a new effective date and target proficency
2. Navigation: Main Menu -> Organizational Development -> Succession Planning > Succession 360°

Syndicated competencies are not shown under the tab “Required competencies”

1. Navigation: Main Menu > Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Non-person profiles: add syndicated competencies. The competencies are syndicated from the Job Profile to the position profile
2. Navigate to Succession 360° page, click on “View Profile” and it will show up the competencies added from the linked position non person profile vs the syndicated competencies from the job non person profile
