HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING Post Refresh: Job Openings Not Visible in Careers Search (Doc ID 2036910.1)

Symptoms

The user is not unable to post jobs on Career page under self service.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an new job opening with Internal job posting.
2. Run the schedule Search index process for the search definition "HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING". Once the process runs to success.
3. Navigate to Main Menu >> Self Service >> Recruiting >> Careers
4. No Job Opening is present on the job search page.
