Symptoms

Able to Submit a Progress Log Against a Finalized Work Order
 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two Resource work orders, one Released and the other Finalized, for the same Provider Contact
2. As the Provider Contact go to Maintain Progress Logs
3. Start a new progress log for the Released work order
4. On the Progress Log Summary page, click the look up on the Work Order field and select the Finalized work order
5. Complete and save the progress log
