Goal
We have made a configuration change in the TCD group to point to single TCD ID with a new effective date, earlier it was one TCD group pointed to 3 TCD ID's. Because of this incremental sync is not working. XML message still pointing to old tcd.
IB error shows:
PublicationContractManager: ProcessError/RetryResponse ()'Unknown error occurred (possibly a Java HTTP exception). Check Application Server logs for details. (94,56)'
