EPY: Canadian Request Direct Deposit Page Misaligned if Multiple Accounts / Effective Dates and View All Selected (Doc ID 2037642.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the Request Canadian Direct Deposit page when multiple accounts and/or effective dates exist, the labels get misaligned for the
Account Type and the Status when View All selected.

Findings:  
 Internet Explore:
- View all within the Distribution Information box. The Account Type field is not aligned correctly and shifted to the right.
- View all within the direct deposit group box. The Status field is displayed outside the box completely, shifted to the right.

 Firefox:
- View all within the Distribution Information box. The Account Type field is not aligned correctly and shifted to the right.
- View all within the direct deposit group box. The Effective Date field is not aligned correctly and shifted to the right. The Status field is aligned correctly.
