Benefit Plans are removed from the Benefit Plan and Coverage Code Rate table as of the start of the pay period in which the Benefit Plan is no longer offered. If the paycheck date for the previous pay period in which the plan was still valid is after the date at which this Plan was dropped. when attempting to run payroll, the following error occurs:
Message ID 000143 Benefit Rate Key not Matched
During benefit rate processing, the system was unable to find an acceptable match between the rate key value for the employee and the rates defined in the benefit Rate Data table. Therefore, a rate could not be assigned and a deduction could not be calculated. (MsgData1: Plan Type and Benefit Rate ID; MsgData2: Rate Key field; MsgData3: Target key value).
1. Create paysheets (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets).
2. Calculate the payroll (Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll).
