Symptoms

PC_AP_TO_PC insert rows into PROJ_RESOURCE with blank Stat Code- Get “No Stat account or code but Stat amount exists”.

Scenario 1:
Voucher was created with a quantity.
The voucher was successfully budget checked, approved, posted and cost collected.
Proj_Resource showed ACT, FDF, FDS and BIL rows with Qty. but UOM and Stat code was Blank.
Process Project Accounting was run. CA_ACCTG_LN_PC showed Qty. but no Stat Code or UOM.
Journal generator was run. The Journal failed edit due to “No stat account or code but Stat amount exists”

Scenario 2:
Voucher was created with a quantity and UOM.
The voucher was successfully budget checked, approved, posted and cost collected.
Proj_Resource showed ACT, FDF, FDS and BIL rows with Qty. and UOM but Stat code was Blank.
Process Project Accounting was run. CA_ACCTG_LN_PC showed Qty. and UOM but Stat Code was BLANK.
Journal generator was run. The Journal failed edit due to “No stat account or code but Stat amount exists”

Scenario 3:
Requisition created with Qty. & UOM.
PO created from Req. showed Qty. & UOM.
Voucher was created from the PO. Voucher showed Qty. and UOM.
Voucher was budget checked, approved, posted and cost collected.
Proj_Resource showed UOM and Qty. but no Stat Code.
Process Project Accounting was run. CA_ACCTG_LN_PC showed Qty., UOM but no Stat Code.
JGEN was run. The journal failed edit due to “No Stat account or code but stat amount exists”.
