EPC: “No Stat Account or Code but Stat Amount Exists.” When Attempting to Create Journals for Incurred Revenue (Doc ID 2038507.1)

When attempting to create journals for incurred revenue, the following error occurs:

Scenario 1:
1. Create a voucher with a quantity.
2. Budget check, approve, post and cost collect the voucher.
3. Proj_Resource showed ACT, FDF, FDS and BIL rows with Qty. UOM and Stat code are blank.
4. Process Project Accounting. CA_ACCTG_LN_PC shows Qty but no Stat Code or UOM.
5. Run Journal generator. The Journal fails edit due to “No stat account or code but Stat amount exists”.

Scenario 2:
1. Create a requisition with Qty and UOM.
2. Create a PO from Req. It has Qty and UOM.
3. Create a voucher from the PO. Voucher shows Qty and UOM.
4. Budget check, approve, post and cost collect the voucher.
5. Proj_Resource shows UOM and Qty but no Stat Code.
6. Process Project Accounting. CA_ACCTG_LN_PC shows Qty, UOM but no Stat Code.
7. Run Journal generator. The journal fails edit due to “No Stat account or code but stat amount exists”.
