Cancelled PO's not Listed in the Manage Requisition Page Under EProcurement

Symptoms

Cancelled PO's not listed in the Manage Requisition Page under eProcurement . We have given the Business Unit and PO ID Fields and try to search in the Manage Requisition Page
and we are unable to search a Cancelled PO in the Manage Requisition page. When we search with Business Unit and Requisition(Status as "Cancelled), we are getting information about Requisition or associated PO in the Manage Requisition Page.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
 
1)- Navigate to eProcurement > Manage Requisition > Enter Business Unit and Request Status as Cancelled > Search
 
2)-Check the Requisition and Associated PO
 
3)-Click on the PO ID Link
 
Copy the PO No.—XXXXXXXXXXX
4)-Logout, Login again. Lets Navigate to Home > eProcurement > Manage Requisition > Enter the Business Unit and PO ID and search for the Requisition > Search
