Symptoms

When an employee attempts to change benefit elections through the general Self Service Benefits Enrollment that were initially made in a Life Event that has since been closed, the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Employee enters a Life Event, makes benefit elections and completes event (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Events).
2. Employee attempts to change elections through the regular Self Service Benefits Enrollment (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Benefits Enrollment).
3. Employee attempts to submit election changes.
