Where a Statutory Paternity absence starts in one pay period and completes in another, the absence is not paid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter a SPPB absence that covers 2 pay periods eg 26/01/2015 to 08/02/2015
2. Process and finalise the payroll for January 2015
3. Process the payroll for February 2015
4. Review the results.
